Injured Knee seems to not be healed?
Ok so i threw my knee out of joint almost 3 months ago now. Went to the hospital, got a brace did the crutch thing. Now I started to try to excercise again. Started out slow, walking on a treadmill, then went to a low impact elliptical with as little resistance as possible and worked my way up slowly. Well the other day I had worked myself up to 15 (i can do more but didn't want to push the knee). Anyway this was almost a full week ago and I'm still having issues. The knee feels like it wants to pop out of place everytime i walk with out wrapping it, it locks up, I have not been doing excersice with my legs so help the pain stop, i've been icing it, and trying to get down on the floor is almost impossible. I'm thinking i should probably see a doctor but I'm afraid I'm going to be told i need surgery or something. Does anyone have any suggestions to stabalize my knee so it stops hurting or something I can do to strengthen the joint?
