Could my knee be fractured?

So last night I was cleaning under my bed and had everything leaned against the except the frame. I was sitting inside the frame and my knee was under the bar that goes accrost it when the box spring and matress fall on me and the frame which made the frame trap my knee between a 200 pound bed and the ground... My brother had to pull it off of me, and when I got up I couldn't walk and it slowly got swollen. It will not straighten and I have to use crutches I can walk on it a little now but not for long.. Could it be fractured???
