How Long For Broken Femur To Heal?

WOW I wish I had your Dr I broke my femur on sept 5 2010 they would not let me bear weight till nov around thankgiving. The knee still isn't right the knee will not bend past 70 degrees I need help with this but it takes a while I guess.
