This is all I'm eating? will i lose weight?

Just remember, cut out those fast foods, sweet stuff, like candy and sweets, chocolates are ok esp. if they are dark, lessen on your carbo. A big bowl of cereal and choc milk is carbo and sugar. You may want to eat oats instead, top it with honey and fresh fruits. East more veges, which ever ones you like! Exercise or burn off more calories, than you are eating and you will lose weight slowly. Even if you are not an energetic person, maybe you just want to walk, have a look at your neighbourhood, what's round the corner, find some excuse to go out and walk. Wear a good pair of walking shoes, if you don't have one, invest in one, it helps you walk that little further. Good luck, I'm sure if you make a little effort you will be well rewarded when you step on the that weighing scale!
