im 22 years old, 6 foot 195 lbs, i work out regularly at a high level (weights and cardio), and am at around 8-10% body fat. i eat healthy and have been keeping a good calorie deficit for the past few weeks and limiting my drinking, but i seem to have plateaued my fat loss. the one crutch i have is drinking a lot of diet soda because it curbs my craving for sweets without adding calories. Could this possibly be preventing me from losing the last few pounds i have on me? thanks
