D power digivice digivolution question?

i have an english d power gallantmon digivice.sometimes after battle,if you lose,the opposing digimon will steal your card.it stole my digivolution card,and now i can't digivolve.someone please tell me how to get it back.calumon doesnt sell it to you either,so am i screwed or what?
